Appearance & Aroma
This interesting blend provides varietal definition alongside complex raspberry flavours, infused with earthy aromas, and underpinned with hints of vanilla and coffee notes.
 
Palate
Smooth and seamless in style and substance, with a characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon flavour. Maturation in oak brings inviting berry accents to the palate. The wine is well-balanced with very soft powdery tannins giving a fulness to the mid palate, and a persistent, enjoyable finish.
 
Serving suggestion
This wine would be a perfect match to braised lamb shanks.
