Deep ruby red with a brick hue, the Cabernet Sauvignon has a nose of dark chocolate, blackcurrant and mint.

Palate
The palate is sweeter and more fruit driven, with a round palate and an abundance of cherry, blackberry and all spice. Suede tannins on this Cabernet complement the fruit character on the palate, which lingers lastingly.
 
Serving suggestion
Serve at room temperature with lamb back straps, blanched asparagus, crispy roasted potatoes and homemade mint sauce.
