Appearance & Aroma
Ruby red with a strawberry coloured hue, this amazingly mouth filling sparkling wine has aromas of fresh juicy raspberries.

Palate
With a light and refreshing palate, our Sparkling Shiraz is easy drinking with characters of red berries with hits of chocolate and lovely soft tannins. The flavours are complemented by fine acid, which gives a long and flavoursome finish.
 
Serving suggestion
Serve chilled.  Perfect on its own as an aperitif,  as a special breakfast beverage with bacon and eggs, or sublime with chocolate-covered strawberries!
